The rules under which the website and Four Lumens orders operate. Four Lumens, light boxes made in Chișinău.
General information

By using the website and placing an order you accept these terms.
Orders
An order is considered accepted once Four Lumens confirms it by phone or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of unavailability or an obvious pricing error.
Prices and payment
The price of each light box is calculated individually, by type, size and options, and is confirmed in the quote before production. The quote and invoice state explicitly whether the amount includes VAT.
Payment methods: bank transfer and cash. Card payment will be available on the website soon. We issue an invoice for every order.
Advance payment and production
Light boxes are made to order, after you approve the mock-up and the quote. To start production, a 44% advance of the order value is paid, and the rest is paid according to the quote, on delivery or handover. Production time is usually from 1 to 7 working days, depending on complexity, and is confirmed in the quote.
Warranty
Products carry a warranty of 1 to 2 years, depending on the product and the conditions of use. The exact period is stated in the quote. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, impacts, moisture outside the intended conditions, or connection to an unsuitable power supply.
Intellectual property
The texts, images, logo and design of the site belong to Four Lumens and may not be used without our written consent. Logos and materials sent by the client remain the client’s; you grant us the right to use them only to fulfil your order. You are responsible for having the right to use the materials you send. The site code, the 3D light box builder, and its structure and logic are protected by copyright. You may not copy, bulk-download, disassemble or reuse them for another site or service, nor use the builder on behalf of third parties, without our written consent.
Liability
We strive to keep the information on the site accurate, but errors or update delays may occur. Colours and appearance in the 3D preview are indicative, and the mock-up you approve takes priority. Our liability is limited to the order value, within the limits of the law.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms, and the valid version is the one published on the site. Disputes are settled amicably, otherwise under the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
