Who processes the data
The data controller is Four Lumens SRL, IDNO 1024600057984, with its registered office at Chișinău, Colonița, 33 Tohatin St. Contact: contact@fourlumens.md, +373 68 488884.
What data we collect
Name, phone, email, delivery and billing address, messages and files sent through forms (for example your logo), plus technical browsing data such as the device type.
Why we use it
To process orders and requests, deliver and install products, issue invoices and answer your messages.
Who we share it with
Only to the partners we need: couriers, payment processors, hosting and Google service providers (email and file storage) and accounting. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep them
As long as needed for the purpose they were collected for and as the law requires, for example for accounting documents.
Country detection
If you accept preference cookies, on your first visit we use your IP address once, through the ipwho.is service, to automatically choose the delivery country and displayed currency. We do not store the IP address and do not link it to your data. You can change the country and currency at any time. If ipwho.is does not respond, we use ipapi.co as a backup. Also only after you accept preference cookies, we get the official exchange rate from the National Bank of Moldova (bnm.md) or, if it does not respond, through other public services (allorigins.win, open.er-api.com); these services may see your IP address, and we do not keep it. valutar oficial de la Banca Națională a Moldovei (bnm.md) sau, dacă nu răspunde, prin alte servicii publice (allorigins.win, open.er-api.com); aceste servicii pot vedea adresa ta IP, iar noi nu o păstrăm.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion, restriction or object to its processing. Write to us at contact@fourlumens.md. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
We use cookies and local browser storage in four categories. Necessary: they remember the theme, the cart and your cookie choice; without them the site does not work properly. Preferences: they remember the country and currency you chose and allow automatic country detection by IP; enabled only with your consent. Statistics: they help us understand how the site is used; we currently use no such tools, and if we add them, they will start only with your consent. Marketing: we use no marketing or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” in the site footer, and you can delete data in your browser settings.
Security and changes
We apply reasonable measures to protect data. If this policy changes, we will publish the new version here.
